Nicky Holdsworth is an experienced business leader with a long track record of turning her natural talents into successful enterprises. For over 30 years, Nicky has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive success while also placing the people within her teams & those that she serves at the forefront.

Nicky began her career in the media industry, where she quickly excelled as a leader in the TV news production gallery. This early experience gave her a great opportunity to hone her eye for detail and thrive in a high-pressure environment. She then moved into film and TV production, where she managed cast & crew to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuity. For the past 20 years, Nicky has since built a successful career as an entrepreneur, bringing the same skills and values to the complementary therapy business she has headed. Through her strong vision, enthusiasm & incredible drive she's been at the forefront of creating a culture built on honesty, straight-talking, and fairness.

Non-Executive Advisor

Paul is a Senior Partner at RLA Global, a bespoke Hospitality and Residential Advisory Company & a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB), and also a Member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).

With a Construction career spanning over 35 years, Paul has worked across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He represents operators, owners & developers with project & cost services, feasibility, development appraisals & technical/design services. He has helped shape projects in hospitality & residential fields across all stages, from development to design & through pre-opening to operation, representing the full life cycle of assets with dynamic results.

With a wealth of construction & technical services knowledge & he is known for his ability to deliver efficient operations, optimising the return on investment. We love all of that about him but above all, we trust him – his intellect & experience. We value his straight-talking & overriding desire to draw out the best from a project & the people within it.
